VENDOR REGISTRATION FORM

  • Event Name: "Grow" Seed your Future

  • Event Dates: Saturday March 7th & Sunday March 8th

  • Event Time: 8:30am - 4:30pm

  • Event Location: TPC River Highlands | 1 Golf Club Road Cromwell, CT 

  • Booth Cost:  $200 (6’clothed table)

  • Booth Includes: Two Saturday Lunch Passes & Two Sunday Lunch Passes, two chairs, and a 6’ Rectangle Clothed Table.  

  • Booth Move in/Set-Up: Saturday March 7th move in 7:00am. All booths must be set up by 8:30am, all booths must remain in-place until 4:30pm Sunday.

  • Trade Show Hours: Saturday, March 5th 8:30am - 4:00pm

  • Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same condition as they found it.

  • CFG or their affiliates will not be held responsible for any liability, lost, stolen or damaged merchandised or any injury incurred during the event.

  • All 2026 Exhibitors will receive a spreadsheet of all registered attendees after the show.
