Event Dates: Saturday March 7th & Sunday March 8th

Event Time: 8:30am - 4:30pm

Event Location: TPC River Highlands | 1 Golf Club Road Cromwell, CT 

Booth Cost:  $200 (6’clothed table)

Booth Includes: Two Saturday Lunch Passes & Two Sunday Lunch Passes, two chairs, and a 6’ Rectangle Clothed Table.  

Booth Move in/Set-Up: Saturday March 7th move in 7:00am. All booths must be set up by 8:30am, all booths must remain in-place until 4:30pm Sunday.

Trade Show Hours: Saturday, March 5th 8:30am - 4:00pm

Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same condition as they found it.

CFG or their affiliates will not be held responsible for any liability, lost, stolen or damaged merchandised or any injury incurred during the event.

All 2026 Exhibitors will receive a spreadsheet of all registered attendees after the show.
